There are many common weight loss myths that people live in regards to your health. It is sometimes difficult to separate the myths of weight loss and the reality of what is true. Many sound while others are true only laugh. Once I read somewhere that if you drink water at night, you will gain weight or scratching your head too often going to lose your hair....

Of course, you can burn calories through exercise, but most people whose diet consists mainly of junk food probably not disciplined enough to follow an exercise routine. I know some people from the outside look like they are in good condition because they are not "fat, but high cholesterol.

The fact that I feel the crush heart Twinkie many fans out there, let me say this. You can eat junk food, cookies, chips, ice cream, pizza, hamburgers.... All those «soul food satisfactory», but should be in moderation. Nothing more is never good.

You must give up your favorite foods to lose weight

Weight Loss Truth: What would a world without chocolate, pepperoni pizza be?? ? I think it would be a tortuous world to live! Loll, now on a real note, I totally agree with this myth. Certainly, you are able to eat their favorite foods. Deprived of this pleasure is not funny, and frankly, we probably eat anyway. As mentioned earlier, the real key is moderation. If you are a meat lover, then it may not be the best things to eat every day would be, but maybe once or twice a week. Those who know me personally know that loooooooove chicken wings with pizza. In a perfect world, you would not gain any weight and my arteries were clogging less, I'd love to eat several times a week, and as every day. However, I know these are not the healthiest food options, so I have about 2-3 times per month. I will not give up my favorite foods; I eat in moderation to avoid connecting me as overweight.

Overeating is caused by hunger

Weight loss Fact: nice try there. If only we could blame "hunger" for it. In fact, this person is called hunger has nothing to do with overeating. It might have something to do with your body is telling you it's time to "push up" and food needs, but it is not an indication that we should eat to excess. What make many people to overeat are different reasons. A key is the feeling of stress, depression, loneliness, anxiety, fear and other emotions by the classification of this nature. Many times the food can be a way to satisfy their needs. You could get really meet their needs through food. For example, if you live a solitary life and not very happy, so maybe the food could be a way to make you feel happy and relieved. Only drastic diets work

Weight loss Truth: It is that word again ... Diet.... these «crash dieting " only good for quick weight loss and rapid weight gain once you reach the same . Such drastic diets ranging from «Cookie Diet», loll.... All that is «the only water diet " ..... I'm sure you can lose weight on these diets, however, the weight will return and usually with a few extra pounds bonus

I'm too big and too far on the road to begin

Weight loss Truth: A long road begins one step at a time. It is natural to expect instant results and even fear of the road ahead, especially if you are extremely obese.
