Hi, in this post we're going to talk about how to eat breakfast to lose weight, and the right kind of breakfast.
Breakfast is really an important part of healthy weight loss, because it does set your metabolism and your blood sugar levels for the day. So, my favorite breakfast for weight loss is to have basically an egg scramble with veggies in it, and maybe a little side of low sugar fruit. So, you can start by, and you don't have to have lots of veggies, just a couple. This is all I had in my kitchen at the moment, and this is what I would do. Just chop up a little onion if you like onion, maybe a little green or red pepper if you like, and/or zucchini, something like that. Add lots of cilantro. Cilantro's an amazing herb that helps you detoxify and gets your bloodstream healthier. Scramble that up in a little bit of olive oil, and then go ahead and add two to three eggs, depending on how much you need until your next meal; depending on when your next snack or meal is.
